I Spy Friday featuring Notting Hill

Today we are busy packing up our cute little two-bedroom flat.  (Pout.)  We were able to extend our lease by a few weeks, but sadly, now it's time to go.  I absolutely love this area and I will never forget the two months we spent living in Notting Hill.  This is where I truly fell in love with London.

It's also where I started running, which is pretty special.  I'm finishing up week four of the Couch to 5K challenge.  And running through this gorgeous neighborhood has certainly made it easy to stick to the plan.   It's been a special time in a special place that I will always treasure.

We are heading South again to Folkestone for a few weeks to plan our next move.  So, this Friday, I thought I'd just post some pictures of this lovely neighborhood.

  1. So so lovely! what beautiful photos Selena! I LOVE Notting Hill, you've really captured it here, and aren't those blossom trees amazing! and that blue sky - we desperately need some of that up here in North Wales! So sad for you guys that you have to move but excited for your next chapter!

  2. Gorgeous photos... Making me realize I need to go for a wander out there soon.

  3. Oh my, it really is beautiful! I would fall in love with a neighbourhood like that too. How fortunate to have stayed there for a short while. Aren't those cherry blossoms gorgeous?

I hope you have a good weekend and that the move is not too traumatic! I do not like moves!

  4. I really love the picture of the different colored homes, all lined up together. Amazing!

  5. Thank you so much for sharing all these gorgeous photos! :)
I have been to Notting Hill when I was 15, and I'd love to see it again one day soon. :)
You have a lovely blog. I am glad you are enjoying Europe! :)

  6. Great post for linking uo to the 'finding things to love about where you live' prompt on BritMums! I LOVE how you've celebrated your area of London by posting these gorgeous photos. I loved living in London, there are so many interesting neighbourhoods and it is such an incredible experience, especially for an expat. Good luck with the move! x
